About Us
We are Shell Eco-marathon team.
The first team launching an efficient-oriented electric vehicle in Alexandria. Design, manufacture and assemble the vehicle from chassis to the electric drivers is what we do.
We participate in Shell Eco-marathon since 2015.
Plan
Training the new members in both technical and non-technical aspect so that to be ready to work in a team,
starting design from the ground up, by selecting the numbers we want to acheive, then build our vehicle upon this numbners.
simulating every system on his own, like simmulating the drive train and monitiring it's performance.
simulating the vehicle as a whole, making sure that the performance we are seeking for is what we've designed.
then we start the manufactring process, in parallel we train our driver on the track of the competation by using software simulators.
testing our completed vehicle.

Vision
Global warming affects the world and circumstances of using pollutant engines as gasoline & diesel. As we seek for a better world through a clean environment; we build a free-emission electric vehicles.
In Shell, we focus on losses minimization and increasing the efficiency by using lighter components, designing efficent motor drivers with Advanced algorithms. Simulation of our vehicles in various conditions for the best performance we can get.

About shell eco-marathon event
Shell Eco-marathon is a unique global program, for science, technology, engineering and math students to design and build ultra-energy-efficient cars, and then take them out on the track in competition. In 1939 first marathon was held by shell to encourage the usage of ecofriendly cars and to raise awareness of the pollution that face the earth.
